Everything by Smile operates as an online fashion and luxury thrift store, specialising in carefully selected pre-owned and thrift luxury handbags and fashion accessories. By using this website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

Our products may include pre-owned, thrift and luxury handbags as well as fashion accessories. Because many of our pieces are thrift or pre-owned and may be unique or limited items, please note the following:

• Each item may have individual characteristics that make it distinct.
• Minor signs of previous use may exist where applicable, consistent with the item’s pre-owned nature.
• Product descriptions and photographs should be reviewed carefully before purchase.
• Customers should contact Everything by Smile before purchasing if clarification is needed about a product’s condition, size, colour, authenticity information or any other detail.

We do not represent that every product is brand new. Where an item is pre-owned or thrift, this will be reflected in its description and condition notes.

Everything by Smile makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all photographs, colours, descriptions and product information displayed on the website are accurate. However, slight differences in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting during photography, camera settings, and the screen or device you use to view the website. Where any detail is important to your purchase, please contact us before ordering for clarification.

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change from time to time and the price confirmed at the point of payment is the price that applies to your order.

Payments are processed through the payment providers available on our website, including Paystack. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation of the order by Everything by Smile. Until payment is confirmed, we do not guarantee the availability of any item.

Everything by Smile reserves the right to accept or decline an order, or to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances. This may include, but is not limited to, obvious pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the customer will be contacted and the applicable refund will be arranged in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:

• Valid email address
• Complete and accurate delivery address

Everything by Smile is not responsible for delivery problems, delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

This includes attempting to compromise site security, using another person’s information without permission, placing fraudulent orders, or engaging in any activity that could harm the website, our business or other users.
